 Returns Policy

 Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted. However if on reception of the goods the buyer noticed that one part is missing or   damaged due to the responsibility of the seller and only in that case, we will partially/entirely refund you or send you the missing part.   Communication of the issue will have to be provided to the seller within two days from delivery. We may request a photo of the damaged part.

 Cancellations

 Once the ordering process begins the order cannot be cancelled. However, if production has not started we can cancel and refund the order less a   10% cancellation fee.

 Shipping

 The shipping is always FREE by Ups, FedEx or Dhl.

 Total delivery time is split into two parts. 

 1. Processing time 5-10 business days normally: The time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items, do strict     quality-  control tests, and carefully package the items.

 2. Shipping time 5-15 business days: This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination

 Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages, as well as the   website where you can trace your order.

 Custom Duties

 Our customers will no pay any tax. No import duties. Our prices are final, no hidden fees.
